How long does shipping take for complete skateboards?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you've ordered a custom build, please allow an additional 24 hours for our team to professionally assemble and grip your deck.
What is your return policy on decks?
We accept returns on unused and un-skated decks within 30 days of purchase. Please note that once a deck has been gripped or shows signs of assembly, it is no longer eligible for a return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Underground Skate Shop ships worldwide. International delivery times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 business days depending on customs processing.
