Returns & Exchanges
At Underground Skate Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your deck, apparel, or hardware isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.
Check Eligibility
Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached; decks must still be in their shrink wrap and cannot have been gripped or assembled.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your gear in its original packaging, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
